The founder of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, shared how God saved him and his team from a plane crash. He recounted this testimony during Sunday’s church service.
Pastor Jerry, who also leads the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declaration (NSPPD), noted that the incident occurred after the NSPPD Prayer Conference in Lagos. While on the plane, he felt uneasy and requested to meet the pilot. However, sensing the crew was tired, he chose to pray and continue their journey back to Abuja.
He explained, “On Saturday morning, after the NSPPD prayer conference in Lagos, we boarded a flight. Before we even took off, I asked to see the pilot. The air hostess approached me and said, ‘Papa, you don’t seem comfortable.’ I replied that my spirit wasn’t at ease with the pilot.”
Things took a serious turn when the plane crash-landed upon arrival. “Everything went chaotic,” Pastor Eze recalled. “Then suddenly, we heard a loud noise, and it was a hard landing—they called it a crash landing. But when we exited the plane, all the tires were burst, yet everyone emerged unharmed, with nothing missing and nothing broken!”
