Tolanibaj stated that a Lamborghini isn’t considered an asset for her, but she would be happy to receive one as a gift.

Former Big Brother Naija reality TV star Tolanibaj has recently expressed her views on expensive luxury cars, particularly exotic vehicles like Lamborghinis. In her perspective, these high-end cars are more of a “liability” than an asset. She emphasized her preference for tangible investments over flashy automobiles, stating that she would choose to sell a Lamborghini rather than keep it, as she believes in prioritizing real assets.

Tolanibaj’s comments come in the wake of a controversial incident involving Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje, which has been dubbed the “sex-for-Lambo saga.” This context seems to have influenced her stance on luxury cars, prompting her to highlight the importance of financial prudence.

In a candid video message shared on her Snapchat account, Tolanibaj elaborated on her financial goals and aspirations. She stated, “If you give me a Lambo, I will sell it. I want assets. I want properties. I want lands. I want a penthouse in Pinnock. I want a big house in Ikoyi. Not a liability. But you can gift me a Lamborghini, I will sell it.”

Her remarks reflect a growing trend among young influencers and celebrities who are becoming increasingly aware of financial literacy and the significance of investing in assets that appreciate over time. Tolanibaj’s approach encourages a shift in mindset, advocating for the acquisition of properties and investments that can provide long-term wealth rather than indulging in fleeting luxury.
