Grenada is about to become an important energy center in the Caribbean. A Nigerian oil and gas company, Oceangate, has made a big multi-billion dollar deal with Global Petroleum Group to start one of the largest oil and gas projects in the Caribbean.
According to Dr. Aisha Achimugu, the CEO of Globel Petroleum Group, this partnership aims to tap into Grenada’s rich oil and gas resources. This will help Grenada develop into a significant energy supplier in the Caribbean and potentially beyond.
