Nollywood actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, widely known as Ijoba Lande, has revealed that exposing the men who had affairs with his estranged wife, Muyibat, could put his life at risk. In a recent video shared on his YouTube channel, the comic actor opened up about his marital difficulties, detailing the emotional turmoil he experienced during their relationship.
Ijoba Lande disclosed that his ex-wife engaged in numerous extramarital affairs with several men within the entertainment industry, some of whom he described as being well-connected. He expressed his frustration over the fact that while she denied him intimacy, she was involved with other men outside their marriage.
Reflecting on the pain caused by his ex-wife, Lande emphasized that her infidelity was not the only issue; he also described her behavior as provocative. He stated, “Before my wife moved out of the house, she showed me hell. She would deliberately provoke me to beat her, but I never did. It is not easy for a man to beat a woman he loves. Despite everything she did to me, I didn’t want her to leave, so I endured.”
He further shared his feelings of betrayal, noting that his wife, who previously claimed her hormones were unresponsive whenever he sought intimacy, seemed to have a sudden surge of desire for other men. “I will always fear women,” he added, highlighting the emotional scars left by the relationship.
Lande mentioned that he had not been intimate with his wife for eight months. During a recent naming ceremony for their child, he witnessed his wife dancing closely with a male friend, who even tapped her on the butt, which added to his distress.
The actor concluded by expressing his fears regarding the repercussions of naming those who had slept with his wife, stating, “If I begin to list those who have slept with my wife in this industry, I might not make it home before they come after me, because some of them are well-connected.” His revelations shed light on the complexities of marital relationships in the public eye and the potential dangers of exposing infidelity in a close-knit industry.
