Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi has officially approved the appointment of Dr. Bilkisu Dalhatu Isma as the inaugural Executive Secretary of the newly formed Jigawa State Residents Identification Management Agency.
Dr. Isma brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Head of Research and Development at the National Identity Management Commission, where she contributed significantly to various initiatives.
Her professional journey includes a notable tenure as the Jigawa State Coordinator for the National Identity Management Commission from 2013 to 2014. This position allowed her to gain valuable insights into the needs and challenges of identity management in the region.
Dr. Isma is well-educated, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education from the prestigious University of Lagos, which she completed in 1992. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Abuja in 1997.
