A young woman has expressed that settling down with a Nigerian man doesn’t require extraordinary efforts or behaviors from a woman seeking marriage.
Known on Twitter as @DWhytewolf, she suggested that a woman can attract a marriage proposal by engaging in modest activities, such as dressing appropriately, minimizing makeup, and cooking for him.
She also mentioned that avoiding drinking and smoking, as well as refraining from arguments, are effective strategies for single women to win over men.
In her own words:
“It’s incredibly easy to win over Nigerian men when you’re ready for marriage. Start dressing modestly, reduce your makeup, cook, and be gentle—don’t argue too much. Stay home often, avoid social media, and don’t drink or smoke. I swear you’ll convince any of them that you’re a good catch. They’re quite gullible.
For those who don’t understand and are saying all sorts, I don’t see these behaviors as signs of a good woman—not at all. The reality is, men do, and this gives women a blueprint to deceive them. Say what you will, but that’s the truth.”
