Kanye West is facing new allegations of sexual misconduct, this time from model Jenn An, who has accused him of sexual assault and strangulation during a video shoot in 2010. An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, filed the lawsuit in New York on Friday, November 22, according to The Wrap.
She claims that in September 2010, while on the set of the video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill,” a track featuring West on the remix, he selected her for the role by stating, “Give me the Asian girl.”
He then allegedly strangled her, “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moving them in and out, and gagged her (which the plaintiff believes lasted for over a minute) to simulate forced oral sex, while shouting, ‘This is art. This is f–king art. I am like Picasso.’” She stated that the entire assault was recorded.
An also includes Universal Music Group and Interscope in her lawsuit, claiming that La Roux mentioned to a friend that she had witnessed “upsetting, unsettling” behavior during the shoot.
Neither West nor An appeared in the final version of the “In for the Kill” video. This isn’t the first recent allegation of sexual misconduct against West; earlier this month, he faced accusations in another lawsuit for engaging in lewd sexual acts and sharing explicit photos of Kim Kardashian with a former employee.
Murphy Aficionado, who was hired by Kanye as a project manager in 2022, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper and fashion designer, alleging inappropriate behavior during work meetings, according to Rolling Stone.
In the lawsuit, Aficionado recounts an incident from November 2022 at a Beverly Hills hotel where he was called by West, only to find the rapper topless, out of breath, and with his pants unbuttoned. Upon entering the hotel room, Aficionado claims he saw Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, topless and suspects the couple had just had sex.
When he attempted to leave, the G.O.O.D. The music founder allegedly “commanded” Aficionado to sit down and stay, before going back into the room and leaving the door ajar while he and Censori engaged in loud sexual activity.
The lawsuit further alleges that Kanye later emerged from the room wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with a Swastika and aggressively asked Aficionado, “Don’t you like my shirt?” He then allegedly showed Aficionado explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
Additionally, the lawsuit claims that Kanye subjected Aficionado to “antisemitic tirades” and “racist lectures.”
Upon entering the hotel room, Aficionado alleges he saw Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, topless and suspects the couple had just engaged in sexual activity. When he attempted to leave, the G.O.O.D. The music founder reportedly “commanded” Aficionado to sit down and stay, then went back into the room, leaving the door ajar while he and Censori had loud sex.
The lawsuit alleges that Kanye emerged from the room wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with a Swastika and confrontationally asked the project manager, “Don’t you like my shirt?” He then reportedly showed Aficionado explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
The lawsuit further asserts that Kanye West would subject Aficionado to “antisemitic outbursts” and “racist rants.”
