In his message, shared on the Insta Stories of his verified Instagram account, Paul Okoye, who recently welcomed a child with his wife Ivy Ifeoma, emphasized that working hard can help individuals avoid paying rent, which he described as a form of lifelong freedom.

It’s also crucial to assess the location before building, as some areas may not offer a good return on investment, making it difficult to sell or recover your costs.
