Controversial Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has asserted that the recent sex-for-Lambo incident involving Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje was orchestrated to clarify the singer’s sexual orientation.
Nigerian social media was abuzz last week after a leaked audio surfaced in which Sophia accused Burna of having an affair with her and not fulfilling his promise to buy her a Lamborghini.
Speed Darlington, who has previously suggested that Burna Boy only won a Grammy due to a questionable relationship with troubled American music executive Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, implied that the Grammy winner is leveraging the controversy with Sophia to assert he isn’t gay.
In a video message shared on his Instagram, Darlington stated, “Pssy ngga, you’re exhausting yourself trying to prove to everyone that you’re not gay.
“You and that girl set this up. I know it might tarnish your reputation, but I’ll give you a little money to act like you’re a prostitute, so people will believe I’m into women.
“N*gga, if you’re gay, you’re gay; stop stressing yourself.”
