US Election: Davido Thrilled to Vote for the First Time

Afrobeats star David Adeleke, known as Davido, is filled with joy after casting his vote for the first time in an American election.

Davido, who was born in Atlanta, recently shared that he has voted for the first time in the ongoing US elections. This marks a significant milestone for the singer as he engages in the democratic process. In a post on social media, he shared a photo of himself shortly after casting his vote, expressing his excitement with the caption, “First time voter!!” This moment highlights the importance of civic participation and encourages others to make their voices heard.

Earlier, he took to X to encourage Americans to head out and vote peacefully.

“Election Day, y’all be safe as you exercise your constitutional rights ❤️,” he wrote. Despite his call to action, he did not publicly endorse any specific candidate.
